Wow – what a refreshing change! An agency that not only acknowledges an applicant’s submission, but also advises when the application submitted doesn’t fit the client brief… and all on the same day! To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ve dealt with numerous firms as a candidate and an employer, and never once have I been so pleasantly surprised. I guess my experience with recruitment has been one more akin to pulling teeth, so to find a proactive firm that deals with candidates so respectfully is a rarity… you’ve successfully differentiated yourselves from the rest of the pack.

I really appreciate how well M&T Resources treats their contractors. The consultants I deal with are fantastic; they are always helpful, professional and supportive. They don’t treat me like ‘just a number’ as many other agencies do. I commend them on their follow up with me on the roles I’ve been put forward for and how they always keep me in mind for opportunities. Having dealt with many consulting and recruitment agencies over many years, I quickly noticed something special about M&T Resources. Although as an all-rounder (not a specialist) I am harder to place than most, Manique Tsang tirelessly worked to identify and present me with suitably fitting roles as they arose. She stayed in regular contact, always made time to reply to emails and return calls and kept me positive as the months dragged on. It became evident that she dedicates as much of herself and her time to her candidates as she does to her clients. M&T Resources not only match a candidate’s skills, strengths and experience with the client’s key requirements for the role; they also strike the right balance between personality and cultural fit. This, along with their work ethics, optimism, integrity and professionalism puts M&T Resources far ahead of the rest. Although I independently secured a role (via a former manager’s referral) Manique and M&T Resources will be my go to people when I need to hire staff OR wish to explore my next opportunity.

No other recruitment company / agency that I dealt with in the last 12 months has been as responsive and proactive as M&T Resources! M&T were really refreshing to deal with. I had also been engaged with a number of other agencies. Once the decision had been made in favour of another candidate, not one other agency followed up with feedback or any other possible opportunities.
