Josephine Vella

Josephine (Jo) Vella, joined M&T Resources in 2023 as Regional Manager for Victoria. Initially unsure of what direction she wanted to take in life, Jo began a career in recruitment after getting a taste for helping people while in a retail role. She maintains that same passion for helping others saying,

It is a true trilogy between our team, our client, and our candidates and I like that we’re able to help people find a job that meets their needs while helping businesses meet theirs.

Jo has worked for large global recruitment organisations in a variety of senior and leadership positions. On making the decision to join M&T Resources, Jo explains,

Born and raised on the sunny Victorian beaches, Jo keeps active and looks to exercise as respite from a busy day at the office; and though she’s hung up her half-marathon shoes, she hits the gym, takes Pilates, and walks at least seven kilometres every day! But balance is key in Jo’s world, and you’ll find this self-professed sunworshipper on the beach or the by the pool catching some rays and reading a good book.
