Key Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of service order and asset management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, external consultants, and business stakeholders, to deliver a robust, scalable, and integrated platform that meets the organization’s operational and strategic goals.

You will:

  • Collaborate with technology partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for service order, field service and asset management.
  • Validate proposed integration strategies with other enterprise/external systems (e.g., ERP, Asset Management, Field Service tools, etc.).
  • Validate and contribute to the integration components using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIM, Azure Service Bus and middleware.
  • Contribute to the data migration and cutover design approach, ensuring seamless transition and consistency between legacy and new systems.
  • Work with developers to oversee technical implementations, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Provide technical expertise during project planning, execution, and post-implementation phases.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security in solution designs.
  • Ensure solutions meet organizational standards for usability, security, and compliance.
  • Perform code and design reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the development team and end-users.
  • Document architecture, design decisions, and integration workflows for ongoing support and maintenance.


Required Skills/Experience:

You will bring:

  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (particularly D365 Customer Service, Field Service and Asset Management modules).
  • Strong understanding of integration platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, APIs).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL, and other Dynamics-related programming languages.
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Data Factory.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex system integrations with Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party integration tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Service Order and Asset Management solutions.
  • Experience in data migration, system upgrades, and cloud-to-cloud integrations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
