Senior Digital Producer – Are you a digital expert ready to lead high-impact projects and create exceptional online experiences? As a Senior Digital Producer, you’ll drive the delivery of complex initiatives across our digital ecosystem, ensuring high-quality content, seamless operations, and innovative solutions that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, managing tasks, resources, and timelines with precision.
• Content Expertise: Create, update, and publish engaging content via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with UX, design, development, and testing teams to bring digital solutions to life.
• Strategic Thinking: Develop scalable solutions, avoid technical debt, and contribute to the design of new digital capabilities.
• Mentor and Support: Guide junior producers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure quality control through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.

What You Bring

• Technical Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with AEM (Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus), and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WCAG standards.
• Agile Expertise: Proven ability to thrive in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading digital teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to producing work that meets brand, legal, and quality standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Financial Services, Telco or IT within a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of digital design, UX principles, A/B testing, and personalization.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
