We are seeking a Business Analysis Lead to oversee and deliver business analysis activities for large or complex projects. In this role, you will manage a team of Business Analysts, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high-performing outcomes.

• Lead business analysis activities across complex projects.
• Oversee discovery and analysis for new initiatives to meet business and stakeholder goals.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with company frameworks, governance, and methodologies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and negotiate complex outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement in business analysis practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience leading business analysis in large or complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach high-performing teams.
• Expertise in business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Financial Services or Superannuation experience is preferred.
• Qualifications in business analysis or equivalent experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Focus on continuous improvement in business analysis practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
