The Company

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping, administration, and financial reporting?
M&T Resources is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to join a dynamic engineering company in Perth’s western suburbs.
This is a part-time position and will play a pivotal role in keeping our client’s operations running smoothly.
  
The Role
  
Supporting the Operations Coordinator, you will be a versatile and proactive individual with previous experience in supporting and providing business operational support at all levels of the project lifecycle.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  

  • Basic bookkeeping –invoices, purchase orders, and financial records.
  • Program reporting – assisting with project reports and data entry.
  • Travel bookings – coordinating flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • General administration – handling emails, document preparation, and office support.
  • Ad hoc tasks – using PowerPoint and MS Word to create reports and presentations.

  
About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in administration and basic accounting support.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

  
In return, you will join a growing and supportive team, where no two days are the same.  This 3-day a week role will commence as a 6-month contract with the potential of becoming a permanent member of the team.
