The Data Business Analyst will be heavily involved in these activities and some of the responsibilities might include input to strategy, roadmaps and presentation to executive audiences.

The environments managed by the Digital group on behalf of our customers is complex and diverse and requires a technical background as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

• Developing business cases to be presented to Executives and the board.
• Working in collaboration with Data teams to produce options analysis supporting business case recommendation.
• Detailed cost benefit analysis of business case options.
• Liaise with employees and management to elicit business requirements to support the development of detailed business cases as well as strategic roadmap/s.
• Maintain and where needed create process documentation to support process driven digital implementation. This includes creation and maintenance of process maps, process design documentation and process related workflows.

Suitability Statement:

• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage with technical resources, senior execute team and external vendors/partners
• Proven experience with strategy and roadmaps – development of these as well as their socialization across multiple organizational layers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication skills) with business and technical stakeholders, senior and executive management and project team members
