Carol Ferraz

Carol Ferraz is an Account Manager in our M&T Resources Brisbane office, specialising in energy, mining, utilities, and government industries.

With over 16 years of recruitment experience, Carol thrives in sourcing talent for various IT positions, but her true passion lies in recruiting for software development roles. Initially drawn to a career path in clinical psychology due to her desire to help others, Carol soon realised it wasn’t for her. However, her search to find a role where she could still make a difference led her to the field of recruitment, where she discovered her true passion for helping individuals find meaningful employment opportunities.

During her spare time, she also runs her own business where she helps Brazilians in Australia find jobs. Carol grew up in Brazil and moved to Australia five years ago with her son
