Milica Ivkovic

Milicia Ivkovic is a Senior Account Manager for M&T QLD. Born in Serbia, raised in Canada, and now residing in Australia for nearly 13 years, Milica has over 14.5 years of recruitment experience, specialising in roles that span the entire technology life-cycle, from highly technical to business-focused positions.

Initially planning to pursue a master’s degree in psychology, Milica unexpectedly found her calling in recruitment. During an interview for what she thought was an admin role, they were offered a recruiter position, and despite not fully understanding the job at first, quickly fell in love with the field.

Milica thrives on building long-term relationships with candidates and clients, using her insight into the psychology of people to match the right individuals with the right opportunities. This people-first approach has been key to her success in recruitment.

Outside of work, Milica enjoys spending time at the beach, and exploring new cafes and restaurants with her partner and friends. A true adventurer, she has travelled extensively, including an eight-month solo journey across South America.
