Zunaeed Kamal

Since joining M&T Resources in 2013, Zunaeed has worked tirelessly to build a high-performing team and nurtured a cohesive culture in the Canberra office. Zunaeed has an IT background having been in Systems Engineering where he worked with the likes of Centrelink and Telstra.
These give him a wider range of working experience and skillsets beyond recruitment that we believe is invaluable to our business. His resourcefulness and solution focus has seen him growing M&T Resources’ accounts in Canberra.
Kate Barrand
Operations Manager – National
Kate first joined M&T Resources as a temporary employee, and within her very first few weeks was confirmed into a dual role as a permanent Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant.
Highly organised, always approachable, and super supportive, Kate has had wide-ranging responsibilities in ensuring the continuous improvement of our people, business processes and technology systems. One of her focus will be ensuring that our recruitment and retention strategies are effective, from induction, through to professional development and more.
Lorraine Ryder
Team Manager – Contract, QLD
Lorraine Ryder has been appointed to a Team Manager role, with a remit to grow our Contracting business across Queensland. Lorraine has been a hugely important part of our business for the last 8 years. She has excellent relationships across the Queensland market and has played a key role in developing / mentoring others in the business. Her recent track record with the National Heavy Vehicles Regulator further confirms her ability to manage a team to deliver on massive programs. Lorraine will now perform a crucial role across our commercial and government contracting business to set us up for future growth.
Emily Martyn
Account Manager, QLD
Emily’s career trajectory has been on the up and up. Since joining us as a Delivery Coordinator, she has immediately proven her ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment in supporting the business, and quickly moving into the role of Recruitment Consultant. Her commitment, hard work and diligence has seen her helping a massive number of candidates build their careers with the likes of Queensland Health, SPARQ Solutions and Sunsuper. In her new role, Emily will be taking on our Health portfolio, specifically Queensland Health, NEHTA, Mater Health Services, Bluecare, as well as some government departments such as PSBA (Emergency Services) and Department of Communities.
