RCSA Awards Win for M&T Resources
M&T Resources has been awarded for Excellence in Candidate Care at the RCSA Awards & Winter Ball.
Our team had a fantastic time last night celebrating the RCSA Awards at a Black Tie event held at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. Organised by the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), the RCSA Awards are contested across Australia and New Zealand. The RCSA is the peak body for the employment industry in Australia & New Zealand, setting benchmarks for industry standards.
The Excellence in Candidate Care Award recognises “an organisation that has achieved outstanding results through key initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to excellence in candidate care and management”. Candidate care programs are judged with the following criteria: Acknowledgement, Availability, Over and Above, and Respect.
Candidate experience is paramount to everything we do at M&T Resources, and we are honoured to have received this prestigious industry accolade. Our purpose is to help people achieve greater success. For our candidates, it means ensuring they find the best opportunities that are right for them and taking a proactive approach to build their careers.

This is fantastic recognition for the passion and dedication of the great team at M&T. Our candidates are at the heart of everything we do – we are here to help people achieve greater success. We want candidates to feel acknowledged and to understand that our team is here to be a partner in their career journey. Receiving the award last night on behalf of everyone at M&T makes me feel very proud, thanks team; this is for you. A big thank you to the RCSA for organising a fantastic event and to all of our clients and our valued candidates for your ongoing support. Congratulations to all of the other finalists and the award winners last night.

We are proud to have been finalists in 3 categories this year, including also the Excellence in Client Service Award and Professional Recruiter of the Year, for Emily Martyn (Account Manager and Health Specialist, QLD). These awards further add to M&T Resources track record with the RCSA. In 2016, we were finalists for both Excellence in Client Service and Excellence in Candidate Care.
We are delighted to see Emily recognised by the industry as a finalist in her category. Since joining M&T Resources in June 2013, not only has Emily been an extremely successful member of the M&T team (both nationally and in QLD), but she has gone over and above to deliver real value in her specialty market: e-Health. Emily is passionate about the industry and over the years has become known not just as a recruiter but as a thought leader in e-Health, organising IT Health Workshops and keeping her network updated on global e-health topics via her monthly newsletter.
Members of the Brisbane team travelled to Sydney for the occasion.

The event was a great success, with passionate speeches delivered by industry leaders, followed by an evening of great entertainment. We had a fantastic time celebrating and we look forward to next year! Photos of the event can be accessed here.
A huge thank you to the RCSA for this award and for holding a great event. Congratulations to all of the other finalists and winners!
Everyone loves a photobooth!
