Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes with a focus on cloud platforms, technical/infrastructure platforms, and tools like ServiceNow. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in ITIL methodologies to support the design, implementation, and management of business processes that drive operational efficiency, service delivery, and business transformation.
As a Business Process Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement.
You will:
- Maintain Disaster Recovery Plans and coordinate Disaster Recovery tests.
- Maintain fields in IT Service Continuity List in ServiceNow.
- Raise Issues in the IRM SNOW tools against the IT Resilience Controls
- Maintain IT Resilience control Issues Including coordinating with SEO teams to review and update Issues
- Update and test BCP action plans and runbooks with SEO Teams inputs
- Review and update IT Resilience Metrics
Required Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role with a strong focus on process design and improvement.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding their impact on business processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including implementing, configuring, or optimizing ServiceNow workflows and modules.
- Strong knowledge and experience in applying ITIL best practices to design and improve service management processes (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management).
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and analysis methodologies.
- Experience with technical/infrastructure platforms, understanding how IT infrastructure and cloud technologies integrate with business operations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
