We are seeking a Change Manager to support an initiative, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth transitions for internal teams and users during system integrations and migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of the new platform.
- Support the migration of users to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Drive communication and training efforts for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on change strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in change management for technology transitions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive adoption and manage system migrations.
- Experience with platform migrations (e.g., SWIFT, CVENT) is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial services or superannuation is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
