Change Manager – Contact Centre

We are seeking an accomplished Change Manager to lead and drive change on a significant Contact Centre migration to Salesforce.
  
This is a high profile role within a leading financial services company, and you will need to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
  
You will play a key role in managing all facets of change, including executing a comprehensive change management plan,  as well as ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and minimising disruption to the contact centre operations.

You will need experience within the following:

  • Expertise in delivering complex change programs
  • Contact Centre change will be key
  • Salesforce exposure would be ideal
  • Certification (PROSCI, ADKAR) would be great but not essential
