M&T Resources has partnered exclusively with a growing Data & AI Consultancy, seeking Early in Career or Graduate Data Engineers to support their clients in complex industrial environments.

You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and Snowflake, contributing to real-world data solutions with a collaborative and high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines (Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations, and product teams
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and semantic clarity using best practices
  • Optimise and enhance existing workflows
  • Support full use-case delivery from discovery to deployment
  • Embrace data mesh principles such as domain ownership and federated governance

Who You Are 

  • You are a graduate or early-career professional with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
  • You are passionate about data engineering and excited to work with modern data platforms.
  • You are interested in contributing to industry transformation through data and AI.

Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Basic SQL skills and familiarity with writing queries
  • Experience or interest in Python, PySpark, or TypeScript
  • Understanding of data modelling and relational databases
  • Exposure to ETL tools, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or data platforms (Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or Agile methodologies is a bonus
