Digital Training Content Producer

About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Training Content Producer to be a part of their collaborative and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Training Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging, high-quality digital content for training and educational purposes. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.

• Design, develop, and produce engaging digital training content, including videos, eLearning modules, simulations, interactive tutorials, and multimedia presentations.
• Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand training objectives and translate them into dynamic, learner-centric digital content.
• Ensure digital content is optimized for delivery on learning management systems (LMS), mobile platforms, and other internal tools.
• Manage the end-to-end content production process, including timelines, quality control, and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with trends and technologies in digital training content creation and propose improvements to keep content innovative, engaging, and effective.
• Conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on content to ensure it meets the needs of learners.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in digital content creation for training, eLearning, or educational purposes.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g.,Moodle)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging training content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Education, or related field (preferred).
