About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience on CCR (Comprehensive Credit Reporting) who will work closely with Product Owners to drive the development and execution of financial solutions across our customer base. You will be a mentor and motivator for your squad, ensuring value is efficiently and effectively delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
You will-

  • Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Organise the project team / squad (logistics, team events, meetings, standups etc) and ensures team events are productive
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the squad
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and financials.
  • Plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
  • Ensure information in tools are accurate and up to date, and reporting on progress
  • Coache the Agile Team in self-management
  • Help the team focus on creating increments of value in every iteration and remove blocks or escalate if necessary. 
  • Engage and provide regular updates in respective IT forums

Required Skills/Experience:

To be successful in this role you will need:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
    • Previous experience in CCR project (Comprehensive Credit Reporting) is mandatory.
    • Working knowledge of project management methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
    • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
    • Experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient utilization of project assets.
    • Expertise in identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues that arise during project execution.
    • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility.
    • A demonstrated ability to make critical decisions under pressure, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
