A brand-new opportunity has become available for an experienced Change Manager to join a national organization, which is a leader in it’s space. 

In this role you will be working on a new insurance project within one of Brisbane’s largest programs of work. Currently in the planning stage and kicking off in the new year.

This role is best suited to a seasoned change management professional with experience in financial services, insurance, or superannuation projects. You will be someone who thrives in complex environments and can build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess the organization’s insurance offerings
• Ensure insurance aligns with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans 
• Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
• Design and delivery of change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks
• Partner with the project team to ensure the effective implementation of change initiatives that minimize disruption and maximize adoption
• Support end-user readiness through tailored training programs and ongoing support tools
• Monitor and report on change progress, managing risks and ensuring timely interventions to address resistance

Key Skills and Experience:

• Senior Change Manager in large-scale projects or programs of work
• Expertise in developing and implementing change frameworks in line with industry best practices 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with the financial services or superannuation sector is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt strategies to align with project objectives
• Experience with change-related tools and methodologies
