Primary Purpose:
Join the Change and Engagement Team as a Senior Communications Officer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing content and communications for the Industrial Project. Reporting to the Manager, Change and Engagement, you will ensure accessible, effective, and consistent messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging communications across multiple channels, supporting project strategies and developments.
- Promote and maintain CTSD’s internal communication framework for consistent messaging.
- Develop and manage digital, print, and web content, publications, and training materials.
- Analyze communication impacts and evaluate the outcomes of initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide recommendations for strategic communications.
About You:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in courts and tribunals is highly desirable.
