This is a permanent opportunity, where you will lead and manage enterprise identity services, ensuring the organization stays secure, resilient, and at the forefront of technology.

This role combines leading and hands-on management of enterprise identity services where you will play a critical role in safeguarding privileged accounts, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access to vital systems and sensitive data.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization’s enterprise identity services
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Privileged Access Management systems
• Design and implement secure processes for managing privileged credentials
• Ensure PAM solutions align with both organizational needs and regulations
• Monitor the daily operations of PAM systems, ensuring smooth functionality
• Collaborate with the Identity team to ensure proper management of privileged account lifecycles
• Conduct regular reviews of privileged access rights, maintaining a secure environment
• Respond to security incidents related to privileged access and lead incident mitigation
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance of customer, workforce, and privileged technologies
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for identity platforms
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working within enterprise and regulated environments
• Proven expertise with Privileged Access Management technologies and solutions
• Knowledge of security principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• Ability to maintain and manage privileged, workforce, and customer identity services
• Experience customizing identity platforms and applications
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python
• Prior experience with Infrastructure as Code environments
• Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and cloud/virtualization environments
